SPACE
INSTALLATION: 25’x25′ room, the larger, the better. As dark as possible, permits sound from film.
ART EXHIBIT: 10’x3′, can be in same room as installation
LECTURE: Hour long lecture on process. Can be in same room as installation or nearby.
WORKSHOP: Three hour workshop. Seating for 20 people.
EQUIPMENT
INSTALLATION: 5 projector screens, 5 projectors, 5 wireless speakers, 2 laptops, 1 6′ table and 2 chairs.
ART EXHIBIT: 5 easels, easel lights

*We can supply everything, but the more equipment you can provide, the easier it will be for us to travel.

We can have the workshop and the lecture on another day, or any configuration.
THREE+ DAYS
If there is a space for an extended installation of more than 2 days in a secure space, we can train a volunteer how to turn on/off the equipment and setup and breakdown the installation. Someone needs to be there at all times to make sure the equipment is secure. We can come back to pick up the equipment at a later date.

Tajen: Interactive, a web documentary, features expository documentary, creative shorts using mixed media, kinetic animation, and whiteboard drawings, along with articles and an in-depth discussion guide bring relevant concepts to life.
Tajen, a sensory ethnography, allows an uninterrupted flow of sights and sounds of this ancient spectacle through the man, blade, chicken, cockfight, and aftermath. Tajen is a poetic visual evocation of the intimacy, brutality, and festivity of the fight.
A limited collection by Mead and Bateson of pen-and-ink paintings made between 1936-1938 in Bali. Made under the influence of two European artists and using Western materials and forms, but depicting the world of Balinese folktales, ritual drama, and dreams.
